She also handles the Home & Kitchen and Electronics categories, and has spearheaded the launch of several exclusive labels under these categories.
A Masters graduate from NIFT, Ritika started her career with Gini & Jony back in 2003, and swung on to organisations like Snapdeal, Gucci Group, Landmark Group, American pacific Enterprises. With each association, she delivered a game-changing strategic value add - from retail strategy & planning, to evolving seller ecosystem to managing fashion value chain.
From her prolific record of building brands to impressively nailing revenues, she perfectly complements the ShopClues’ business model which is asset-light and technology-focused, putting the marketplace on track to reach profitability with no additional capital raise, by the last quarter of 2017.
